If you have a digital file, please send it to us (
here) as a jpg, psd or PDF file, supplied at a resolution of 300dpi at the output size required by the calendar you wish to order in the Adobe RGB colour space.
Not sure what this means? Send us in the file you have, we will have a look and advise you if there are any issues.We do offer a scanning service if you don’t have a digital file to work from. This is included in the £30 setup fee if it is being used for a Calendar order of under 100 units. If the resulting scan requires extensive colour correction then a small charge will be applied based on the time spent.
Along with your image, send us all the information you want on the inside and reverse of the calendar, such as the image titles, your name, reorder reference, contact details and social media channels etc. We will prepare you a Digital PDF proof, which we will send you by email for approval of the layout. This can take up to 10 working days, longer during busy times of the year. Once this has been approved, we will post you a Calendar sample (if required) for final approval of both the layout and colour.
Your order will typically be dispatched within 5-10 working days of proof approval using a next day carrier, longer during busy times of the year.
