Ordering Process

If you have a digital file, please send it to us (here) as a jpg, psd or PDF file, supplied at a resolution of 300dpi at the output size of the 200x200mm in the Adobe RGB colour space.
Not sure what this means? Send us in the file you have. We will have a look and advise you if there are any issues.

We do offer a scanning service if you don't have a digital file. Scans are included in the £6 setup fee* if used for a tile order.

* Additional artwork changes beyond the scope of the £6 fee including further colour adjustment will incur a charge of £10.

Delivery and Turnaround

Your order will typically be dispatched within 7-10 days of approval using a next day carrier.
