The mugs look colourful.
Do they look that good in person?

Sure do. Not all mugs are created equal, here at Doricmor our mugs are made in house to ensure they look fantastic.

We use the dye sublimation process, this means the colours are bright and glossy, and since we can print right to the top and bottom, your mug has a much more significant impact.

Minimal setup fees.

Trying original Mug designs is essential to keep your customers interested. To help with that, we will only charge you a small one-time setup fee of £6* for each new image you want to try.

No additional fees will be payable if you wish to use this image on other products in our range.

What about durability? How do my customers care for your mugs?

They could always take them out for a romantic dinner and talk about their hopes for the future - just kidding.

I assume you just want to tell them how to keep them clean. Our mugs have been independently tested as dishwasher-proof (3500 cycles minimum), microwave safe and food safe - All certified by SGS. With all that said, we recommend hand washing to preserve the full vibrancy of the image for as long as possible.

Trust is a BIG issue when choosing to work with a new supplier, we understand that.

To give you the confidence you need, colour adjustment, resizing and sharpening of the image, including Digital-PDF Proofs and one mug sample are part of your setup fee.

If additional colour adjustment is required further mug samples can be requested at the cost of £4.00 each (including postage and packaging).

Low minimum runs, we are super flexible.

We understand that the decision to try a new mug design is a difficult one, never sure if it will prove popular.

To help, we allow you to order each different mug design in a minimum 3 of each, within a box of 36 mugs, giving you 12 different designs and the flexibility you need.

Ordering Process

If you have a digital file, please send it to us (here) as a jpg, psd or PDF file, supplied at a resolution of 300dpi at the output size of the 195mm x 99mm in the AdobeRGB colour space.
Not sure what this means? Send us in the file you have, we will have a look and advise you if there are any issues.

We do offer a scanning service if you don't have a digital file to work from. This is included in the £6 setup fee* if it is being used for a mug order.

Design and Proofing

Along with your image, send us the information you want on the mug, for example, image title, your name, reorder reference, contact details and social media channels etc.
We will prepare you a Digital PDF proof, which we will send to you by email for approval of the layout. This can take up to 10 working days, longer during busy times of the year. Once this has been approved, we will post you a Mug sample (if required) for final approval of both the layout and colour.

Delivery and Turnaround

Your order will typically be dispatched within 5-10 working days of proof approval using a next day carrier, longer during busy times of the year.

In our experience, approximately 90% of customer orders are under 20kg. If your order is above 20kg, your basic shipping cost outlined above will be subject to a surcharge of 37p per additional kg.
